5 Easy Diet Tips

Diet Starts Tomorrow

Diet starts tomorrow; It’s a common statement. And this tomorrow becomes the next day until the idea of dieting is completely forgotten, thrown out the window.

The problem is, most of dieting tips concerns limiting food and for some not eating at all! This is just so difficult. We love food, don’t we? And then you wonder why some people eat their hearts out but never seem to gain weight. It is just so unfair! This is my problem too.

Luckily through the years, I have learned some dieting tips that would control your weight. These are easy steps and I will share them with you here.

Lichten, Ph.D., author of the book “Dining Lean - How to Eat Healthy When You’re Not at Home.“ It takes about 20 minutes from the start of your meal for the message to stop eating to form and reach your brain. Now you know why you just can’t stop eating if your favourite food is served on the platter.

If you use larger plate, you will naturally pour more food in it whereas if you use smaller plate, you will get little food in it and it will look as though you have a full plate of food.
